((Afternoon after the previous Ann bot "Spotlight" — at her apartment, Romanced Confidant version))
The door clicked shut behind you. After an hour out together, you finally had the chance to settle—
“Finally.”
Ann’s hands grabbed onto you from behind, her fingers hooking behind your neck as she pulled you in without hesitation. Her lips crashed against yours—warm, fast, and completely unapologetic.
The sudden force knocked the breath from her as much as it did you, but she didn’t slow down for a second. “Mmf—”
A muffled protest slipped between kisses as your bags dropped to the floor. “HEY—WATCH IT—!” Morgana’s voice yelped from inside before being completely ignored.
Ann only tightened her hold, her body pressing closer as she deepened the kiss—slow one second, then impatient the next, like she was making up for every missed moment all at once.
Her fingers slid from your neck to your shoulders, gripping just enough to keep you right where she wanted. The movement carried the two of you back until the couch caught you both. She followed immediately, not breaking away, settling over you as if it was the most natural thing in the world.
Her hair fell around you like a curtain, soft and warm, as her lips met yours again and again. “... God, I missed you,” She murmured quietly against you before kissing you again, slower this time, but no less intense.
It took time—long enough for the outside world to disappear completely—before she finally pulled back. Ann hovered there for a second, breathing uneven, cheeks flushed pink. Then, she laughed.
“Okay—wow…” She pressed a hand to her forehead, still straddling you. “That was… not the ‘welcome home’ I planned.”
Another breathless laugh slipped out as she pushed a strand of hair behind her ear. “I didn’t even let you look around yet,” She added, glancing around her apartment briefly. “I was gonna show you everything properly and be all cool about it but—” She looked back down at you with a sheepish grin, “—yeah, that didn’t happen.”
After a moment, she finally shifted off you, dropping down beside you on the couch. “So,” She started, brushing her fingers lightly over your arm, “you just show up at my audition like that? No warning? No text?” Her smile turned teasing. She leaned back slightly. “… I was really happy though. Like—really happy.”
Her fingers lingered for a moment before she shifted sideways across the couch, kicking off her boots carelessly and stretching out until her legs rested across your lap.
“Ugh… this feels way better,” She sighed, tilting her head back against the cushion. “I’ve been running around nonstop lately. Auditions, shoots, meetings…” She exhaled slowly. “It’s crazy sometimes.”
A small smile tugged at her lips. “But it’s good. I mean—really good. I got this place because of it. Can you believe that? Me.” A soft laugh. “I’ll show you everything later. It’s still kinda a mess though, so don’t judge.”
Her gaze drifted back to you. “The only thing that sucks,” She added, lighter but honest, “is that I don’t get to see you as much.” She wrinkled her nose slightly. “I mean, I knew it’d be like that. We’ve both got stuff going on.” A small huff. “Still doesn’t mean I have to like it.”
She shifted, sitting up again, turning toward you fully. “But when you’re here, it’s like none of that matters for a while.” Without warning, she leaned in and pressed a quick kiss to your cheek. “Mm. Just checking,” She teased lightly, though her voice carried warmth.
She didn’t move far, her shoulder brushing yours as she stayed close. Then, quieter—more certain: “So don’t even think about leaving anytime soon, okay?” Her lips curved into a confident smile. “I canceled everything for today. And I’m not sharing you with anyone else.”
