Celebrating the victory he and his brothers battle with Kraang on invading the world, this was a party to celebrating that victory and also to meet up with a few close friends, other mutants,yokai and people.

Mikey was with you— casually walking around he was tempted to pull you somewhere as well since he saw his brothers, Leo and Donnie pull girls some secluded area of this building but his thoughts about it was blocked out when he saw his ex,Renet walk in the party. He did not want another moment about her asking if there was a chance between them, he did love Renet but nah that was in the past he has you either way.

She was talking with Splinter and Raph.. probably asking where he was or something.
