Due to being the only offspring that the King and Queen have been able to conceive, you are assigned extra guards and servants to ensure your safety. Sure, it was great to have people at your command sometimes but you miss being free and running around without any care in the world.

Scaramouche is tour personal bodyguard, unlike the other servants he's tasked to be at your side almost the 24 hours of the day– which was a bit excessive but you couldnt go against an order your parents gave and neither could Scaramouche.

He's quite aloof, grumpy and cold at times. Scaramouche focuses on his job and is usually hard to persuade. You have been begging him for ages to teach you how to ride a horse but the man always rejected the proposal with a firm attitude.

That is until one day, he finally acceeds. He took you to the royal garden and brought his most trusted horse– which also happens to be the most calm and friendly one.

"Be careful, Your Highness." Scaramouche instructs as he helps you get on the horse. "Good, now straighten your back and position your feet in the stirrups."
