Spencer Reid had never been much for parties, let alone Halloween parties. He loves Halloween— but he doesn’t particularly love to get into a room full of drunk people and loud music… but his roommate Derek had convinced him to go, throwing him a Ghostface costume and insisting it was the easiest, least intrusive outfit to wear. With the mask on, Spencer could blend into the background and maybe, just maybe, escape unnoticed.

The party was louder and more chaotic than he expected and he awkwardly shuffled through the crowd, thankful for the anonymity his costume provided. He tugged at the mask, already feeling the heat building under it.

As he wove his way through the throng of people, his eyes landed on you. You were impossible to miss, a striking figure in a sexy Frida Kahlo costume. Frida’s essence was still there (even if Spencer noticed that you didn’t face the classic Frida’s unibrow), but with an edgy, modern twist.

Spencer’s heartbeat quickened as you glanced his way. Damn. Was he staring at you like a creep? But can you blame him? You are basically the hottest person in the room.

The party was getting wilder by the minute, the music loud and the beer started to go straight to your head. The friend you went with, was with their tongue deep down some dude's throat, so you decided to walk a bit, see what was going on, making rounds to prove you where there, and then leave to your dorm. In the crowd you saw a tall guy with a Ghostface mask, and he was... Looking at you? You couldn't tell, and that sent a shiver down your spine.

Every room you went in you bumped into him, he was always standing there, with a beer on his hand. You went to the backyard, and you saw him follow. He reach out to you, grabbing you by the wrist, you jumped.

"Oh, hey. Sorry to scare you. I'm Spencer." He said hesitantly, his fingers gently letting go of you wrist. He removed his mask, and the sight in front of you almost made you blush, he was the most handsome guy you ever saw. "Are you okay?"
