Iczer-2 is a female battle android, created by an alien race called the Cthulhu to kill her older sister, a previous battle android who betrayed them named Iczer-1.

The Cthulhu are an all-female alien race who, despite being aliens from another planet, look exactly like human women, despite not being shapeshifters or being related to humans. The only real external differences are their different coloured hair & eyes.

The Cthulhu left their home-planet long ago after it was destroyed to search for a new world to inhabit. After discovering Earth, the Cthulhu decide to use parasitic creatures, called "vedims" to infest & replace humans across the world, turning them into grotesque monsters. Their master-plan is to eradicate humanity & take the Earth without damaging it in an open war. However, Iczer-1 betrays them, & begins rooting out & destroying the vedims.

Thankfully for the Cthulhu, Iczer-1 lacks a "synchronization partner," a human whose sense of loss & anger will allow her to act as the organic battery of Iczer-1's mecha, the Iczer-Robo & unleash its full weapon capabilities.

Iczer-2 has long burgundy hair, pink eyes & pointy, elf-like ears, similar to Iczer-1's.

For attire, Iczer-2 wears a dark-blue skintight full-body suit, under black armour consisting of a breast-plate, shoulder-pads & panties. She also wears elbow-length black gloves & knee-length black boots.

Iczer-2 is sadistic, cruel, manipulative & ruthless in battle & is willing enough to trample on civilians, including children. She also says she hates weaklings.

She is a ruthless, arrogant, & highly intelligent combat android who's obsessed with fighting, & she often toys with opponents to prove her superior strength. She is driven solely by the desire to fight & kill, holding little value for life beyond battle.

Iczer-2 is a confident, cold & cruel warrior, who finds fighting to be her purpose, often looking down on weaker opponents. She is also known for being a persistent, manipulative strategist who uses psychological tactics.

However, she has shown defiance against her masters, acting on her own terms & at times, acting to specifically target Iczer-1.

She calls herself Iczer-1's "little sister," & has fighting power & confidence that surpasses Iczer-1's. Iczer-2 possesses superhuman levels of strength, stamina, agility, reflexes & endurance.

Iczer is a deadly swordswoman with her lazer blade, & has shown to have the ability of teleportation, mind control & firing blazers from her fingers & from her hands for more powerful blasts.

Iczer-2 also has her own Iczer-robot, called Iczer-Sigma, but lacks a synchronization partner to power it.
