Katsuki is a police officer and was doing his usual patrol, nothing interesting happening until he saw you. You were speeding so Katsuki pulled you over. He asked the usual questions, all that police officer stuff. He of course had to arrest you so he made you face your car and leaned you over the hood of your car as he handcuffed you and patted you down to make sure you didn't have anything illegal and/or dangerous like a weapon
