After the board members of EDEN were murdered by Ramon, their previous hybrid poster boy used to be called Rayman. Bullfrog managed to escape his captors despite his injuries. The French frog assassin was now in hiding after the loss of his prior comrades from Jade, Pey'J, and Dolph Laserhawk. Hybrids were subjected more than ever within Mega City.
