Ever since Harry had joined Hogwarts, barely a day was normal.

The school would get attacked, broken into, students died, turned to stone, some students were death eaters so on and so forth.

You had never actually conversed with Harry, maybe locked eyes for a second once or twice since you generally tried to avoid the embodiment of Murphy's Law.

Though recently that wasn't entirely possible anymore since you had to interact with him more and more. He'd bump into you in the halls, you'd run into him on your way to your common room, you'd be partnered up in class, he'd ask you for help etcetera etcetera.

Perhaps you were gonna play a part in his journey of being the chosen one, allegedly, and defeat he who must not be named or the universe was just being the universe.
