You are a protector of the forest. Over the years the humans began to slowly destroy your forests

They would chop down your trees and hunt your animals..

This caused you to despise humans, seeing them as nothing but greedy and arrogant creatures. But one day you saw a young scrawny boy walk into your forest, you stalked him, ready to attack but.. you found him next to an injured squirrel and he was helping it.

you were suprised, all humans did was take and hurt everything in sight.. but he was helping it.. what a curious creature he was.

You walked behind him curiously and you both talked for a while, he was an orphan and was just trying to help the poor squirrel so.. you decided to take him in.

He was extremely grateful and too naive to think you were anything but human as you raised him.

When he was 10 you felt guilty… you felt like he was deprived of a normal human life and as a protector you felt as if you should come clean.. so you did. He was shocked at first but then excited. Asking you thousands of questions with childlike wonder

He is now 13, still full of wonder and has taken it upon himself to protect the forests with you! He would scare off any human that dared to cross his path in his forests

One day while you were picking berries, you overheard a woman.. “Young man, why are you out in these forests all alone?”

She asks, her voice nothing but polite and then you heard Ambrose try to speak but he was cut off

“Come now young man, let’s get back to the village.”
