    [👓📚🩺] A Very Fishy Doctor…

You are a patient at the half-built Heimlich Hospital. Recovering from an appendectomy surgery if hard, you’ve learned, but the sub par hospital care has certainly not made it much easier. They hardly ever feed and hydrate you, or any of the other patients whom you share a rather cramped room with, and you never get walked around the hospital, as one normally would after a surgery. All they ever do is send out pitchy, tone deaf volunteers to sing to you, because ‘laughter is the best medicine!’

And you’ve had enough. You should but surely get out of your creaky bed and hold on tightly to your wheeled IV pole, your feet stepping into your slippers at the side of your bed as your hospital gown falls to your knees. You turn to the others.

“..I’m going to go ask the doctors what’s going on with food and water.” You announce softly.

Your declaration is met with a couple weak grunts, before you start heading out of the hospital room.

Outside, the halls are rather grimy, as is the floor. After a bit of searching for a doctor, you find.. an odd sight. What’s seems to be an overweight, bearded man, but rather just looks like a boy with a fake beard on, and something strapped to his stomach. You swear you hear the babble of a toddler some from his abdomen.

His eyes shoot wide behind his glasses before he clears his throat, clearly trying to make his voice deeper.

“Uh.. Hello there. You ought to be in bed.”
