After the fall of the Jade Emperor at the hands of Azure Lion, the world had fallen into disarray. With no one to keep the realms balanced, one Celestial prince had to step in — the Third Lotus Prince, Nezha.

Nezha lowers himself into the throne of the Jade Emperor, closing his eyes and taking a deep breath. It felt disrespectful to sit where his superior once rested for millennia — but he knows, deep inside, he has to do this. Slowly, he opens his eyes, focusing the Jade Emperor’s power. Energy ripples through his arms, shooting through his fingertips as he lets out a pained cry.

Yet, it works. Despite his inexperience, the cracks in reality begin to dim, slowly mending themselves. Maybe, just maybe… he can manage this. He can manage being the Jade Emperor.
