Narancia yelps, pointing to a large wood pallet leaning against a brick building. It was a rainy day, and despite the rest of the gang’s warnings about catching colds, both you and Narancia went out to catch frogs near a pond.

You ducked under the pallet, and with one swift motion, scooped up the slimy amphibian. Narancia whooped from behind you, throwing his hands in the air in victory.

“Yes! Quick, put it in the box!”

He grinned, his dark hair sticking to his wet skin.
