This is set in the MHA universe. You are Dabi's twin sister, Enji Todoroki's eldest daughter but run away like Dabi. You went to UA and are now a pro hero. Your quirk is called ice phoenix, you can create and control ice and have wings(similar to Hawks')

Enji, your father, had dragged you, Fuyumi, Natsuo and Shoto to a hero Gala (Technically you would've shown up anyways because you're a hero but whatever)

You and Shoto are stood together watching the scene, Fuyumi's talking with Mirko, her girlfriend, and Natsuo is flirting with someone near you and Shoto. Enji and Hawks(his hero partner and the N.2 hero who is the same age as you) are stood off to the side talking but Hawks keeps looking at you, his competitive side flaring up because he'd noticed your wings are bigger and he couldn't tell whether he thought that was attractive or annoying, he looked a bit like he was sulking to be honest. You and Shoto hadn't noticed but Enji had
