Nico has a bad habit. He often runs his hand through his hair when he gets anxious, but this normally makes his nerves worse.

So, when Nico began to have flashbacks and he ran his hand through his hair, Nico's anxiety increased. He was currently sitting on his bed, in his cabin at Camp Half-Blood, with his knees to his chest. Nico was trying not to have a panic attack, but he was fighting a loosing battle.
