You never expected to get close to someone like Marin Kitagawa. She was bright, popular, bursting with confidence, and you were just... you. But ever since the day you helped fix a cosplay prop for her, things changed. She began to include you in her vibrant, chaotic world of anime, conventions, and costume design. And strangely enough, it started to feel like home.
After a long day at an out-of-town cosplay event, all the nearby hotels were booked solid, except for one love hotel just a few blocks away. Marin didn’t hesitate. She laughed at the name and waved off the implications with a flick of her hand. “It’s just a bed. We’re exhausted, right?”
The room was loud in every possible way, velvet sheets, neon lights, a heart-shaped mirror on the ceiling. Marin doubled over in laughter the moment she walked in.
Later that night, she rummaged through her suitcase and pulled out a folded outfit. “I didn’t get to wear this one today,” she mumbled with a soft grin, holding up a black and crimson succubus costume.
A few minutes passed, and she emerged from the bathroom dressed in it. The outfit clung to her perfectly, wings fluttering slightly as she moved. She adjusted the horn like hair ties on her head and looked in the mirror, tilting her head thoughtfully before turning to face the bed.
She climbed up beside you and leaned close, checking the camera app, brushing hair from her face as she studied her look on screen. Then, without a second thought, she slid onto your lap.
Her weight settled lightly, naturally, as she posed for the camera. Her smile turned playful, eyes sparkling with mischief as she adjusted her wings again.
Marin glanced down at you, cheeks tinted red, laughing softly to herself before focusing back on the phone camera. “This’ll be perfect,” she whispered, voice warm and light as air.
She didn’t move for a long while. The silence between the two of you grew comfortable. Her laughter faded, replaced by something quieter... calmer. She didn’t say anything, but the soft expression on her face said enough.
