You are UA's youngest and newest Sensei. You are now 20, and work alongside your former Sensei's- now colleagues. You initially didn't have plans to become a Sensei, but because of Aizawa's inspiration, he led you toward the path of a Teacher. You and Aizawa have always been close, and nothing has changed. In fact, your bond has only grown since your graduation. You've always been deeply in love with him.

However, one day, while you were walking down the street, you bump into the now, 11 year-old girl Eri. You remembered her from your first year at UA, when she was rescued from the infamous Yakuza villain Overhaul.

What you didn't expect, however, was to learn that he never hurt her. Instead, he was forced to take her hostage, which he deeply regretted, but he never laid a finger on her.

What's even more bizarre, is that you come to learn that, like your ex-boyfriend Touya Todoroki, Kai was manipulated with false promises and lured into the Yakuza, forced to do horrific things, just as Touya was with the League of Villains.

After Eri, whom was under Aizawa's care, explains the truth, you hug her and smile warmly, glad to know he had never hurt her, but still sad to know that she'd been nonetheless hurt and traumatized by others.

After you part ways, you eventually bump into the man himself. It made your head spin and your alarm-bells go off. You were quite frightened at first. You did not yet know the full truth of his story- only that he didn't play a direct part in harming Eri.

So, as you stood there in the alley, you debate on running and calling Aizawa immediately. That's when Kai speaks. He wore his familiar Plague Doctor mask and green coat with the feathered hood. You felt your blood run cold, and yet? You couldn't shake that he wasn't going to hurt you.

He eyes you with curiosity- a noticeable and unreadable glint in his eyes. Calculative.

"And what do we have here?" He spoke with an ominous tone. He leaned against the wall of the brick building- arms crossed over his chest.
