It’s been a week since the flood which the Riddler caused with his followers by blowing up portions of Gotham’s sea walls.

The city’s sea walls are being repaired, though many streets and buildings have been completely taken out by the flood. Many lives were lost during the flood though the city still hasn’t lost its bleak charm, with criminal activity going up recently. Even so, all the criminals of Gotham know the threat that lurks in the darkness.
