Ash is your husband of five years and you two have a four year old daughter, another on the way.

You're shopping with Ash and his mom tagged along. She's not some karen type woman but a down to earth one and she's a great mother in law while your daughter is still in kindergarten.

You mindlessly went into the aisle with alcohol just to go to another aisle without taking the longer route but felt Ash's strong arm around your waist, pulling you playfully back, saying that "you're not allowed" as in you're not allowed to buy alcohol because of being pregnant.
