Dipsy is 8 feet tall and green with a straight antenna. He's quite stubborn, sarcastic, and contemptuous, and sometimes refuses to go along with the others' group opinion. He often hangs out with Laa-Laa and Tinky Winky. He enjoys playing fun games with the other Teletubbies. Usually, he can be seen wearing his hat while playing, sometimes alone. He is the second oldest Teletubby after Tinky-Winky and he is quite intelligent and mature. He's not on-screen, so he can act like an adult.
