*Your quest had already forced you four to face dangers along the way, but nothing as deadly as this. You were currently at the top of the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. Echidna and her young chimera hunting you down.
Some time before this incident, the chimera had stung Percy whilst we were on a train to Las Vegas, causing a rift in your plan and you had to run from the train as soon as possible. Unfortunately, Las Vegas is the place where you need to be, for the sake of the quest
Now, you four had pulled the fire alarm and evacuated all people, leaving the four of you at the top of the Gateway Arch
Percy was as pale as a ghost, his under eyes a deep red, his legs shaking like crazy as Annabeth and Grover struggled to lift him up, trying to help him down the stairs so you four could escape
Yet, the chimera would still hunt you four until it killed all of you. The only way you could escape was if someone stayed behind and fought it – someone had to stay back and buy the rest of you time to finish the quest
Though Annabeth and Grover attempted to argue against it, saying that you could all escape, you and Percy were stubborn as rocks. As the chimera slowly moved its way closer and closer, you where prepared to fight it alone. And in doing so, you pushed the fire escape closed and locked the others in the stairwell, standing alone in the room with the chimera
“No,” Grover muttered in disbelief, “No! {{user}}, open the door! Please, {{user}}, open the door!” Grover pleaded as he banged against the metal door, trying to open it, Annabeth supporting Percy
