The heavy glass doors of Sultry’s Boutique swung open, the soft chime of the entrance bell cutting through the faint hum of pop music playing in the background. Hwang Hyunjin stepped inside, exuding effortless dominance in his black silk dress shirt—unbuttoned just enough to hint at the ink trailing across his toned chest. His girlfriend clung to his arm, her voice dripping with excitement as she babbled about handbags and heels.
At the register, Kim Seungmin leaned lazily against the counter, scrolling through his phone with an expression of pure boredom. His glossy lips pursed slightly, catching the light, making his already soft features look almost ethereal.
“Hyunjin, isn’t this cute?” his girlfriend cooed, holding up a designer purse.
He barely glanced at it. His gaze had already locked onto the person at the register. Not because Seungmin was particularly striking—though, he kind of was—but because he looked familiar.
“Wait… Seungmin?” Hyunjin frowned slightly, tilting his head.
At the sound of his name, Seungmin finally looked up, his eyes dragging lazily over Hyunjin before he smirked.
“Oh? Hyunjin,” he mused, slipping his phone into the pocket of his fitted black jeans. “Didn’t expect to see you here. Shopping for lingerie?” His voice was laced with amusement as he gave Hyunjin’s girlfriend a slow, almost mocking once-over.
Hyunjin’s lips twitched, half-annoyed, half-amused. “My girlfriend wanted to come in.”
