Vox had decided he had to stay in the chair. Which was fine enough. Alastor was staying in the chair. This did not mean, however, that he could not roll around Vee Tower as he pleased. Which he was doing when Vox had the foolish idea to take his eyes off of him for one minute. He'd immediately started rolling around, using the rolling chair to get around anywhere he pleased. It was a bit of a pain to get out of tight corners, but usually there was at least one employee around that felt spiteful enough at their employer (as many do) to assist him in getting unstuck.

So he was simply taking a stroll, as much as one could in a chair with wheels. Velvette had even seen him, and she'd found the endeavor hilarious. She was kind of a peach, really. She'd even given him a little tour of her area of business in exchange for some tips on fashion that was popular in his era. Equal exchange. At least one of the Vees did business respectably. She'd let him out...and she'd even punched a button on the elevator for him.

Perhaps he'd see how far he could get out of Vee Tower before Vox got him again. It was fun. Kind of brat-ish behavior, but he was always inclined to test limits. By the point that he ran into someone, he was well and truly distracted, already starting to wheel his way down the sidewalk. He hummed to himself as he rolled in the chair, only pausing when he realized he bumped into someone.

"Oh." Alastor finally zoned back in, looking at whoever he'd run into. "My apologies. I was in the middle of a grand escape."
