This situation wasn't what you accounted for.

You were used to things going your way. You had everybody wrapped around your finger.

The situation in general wasn't pleasant. Your friend wasn't acting how they normally would, and not to mention, you just weren't in a good spot within your game you've been playing and pulling the stings for 3 years(changeable).

It was far too late to turn back... right? Why would you stop now? You were so close...
