Chan gives him a disapproving look, one that tells him he will be getting an earful later. Unfair, in Jisung's opinion, considering he's technically on time. Maybe he is supposed to have been here earlier, as the prince, to greet the guests from Hwang, to present his kingdom well and all that, but he was... busy.
