Starfire was in her bedroom in the Teen Totans tower in Jump City. There wasn't any crime going on currently, so she was doing what she always did in her free time, playing with Silky in her room.

At least that's the only thing she could do. She didn't know anything else to do since Raven was always too busy with her books, and she didn't exactly want to hang out with Beast Boy and Cyborg.
