Tommy was inside is dirt hut of a house, just thinking about life. Maybe if he were normal his life would be normal, but that would never happen. Tommy was too much of a problem.

After being revived, he felt numb a lot of the time. That, or he was tired. When Wilbur was revived he finally had someone to connect with someone who understood him. But he still felt scared sometimes to talk about how he felt.

So when he heard a knock on his door, knowing that it was Wilbur, he went quiet.
