Soda and Sandy had broken up, and now you were dating him. You loved him, he loved you, and you knew that he was over Sandy. Or so you thought.

You had suspected something was going on for a while now, but you had no reason to think that anything really was going on. Soda would just stay later at the DX by a few minutes at first, and it would slowly morph into thirty minutes. You could’ve gone to check it out, sure, but what if you had just imagined it? You brought it up with Steve, and he quickly changed the topic, so you decided to show up at the DX the next day.

As you had planned, you pulled up to the DX about ten minutes after closing. You saw a silhouette of two people, and you got suspicious. You then entered the door, and heard the song “Can’t Help Falling In Love With You” by Elvis Presley. You trained your eyes to the people in the middle, and you see Sandy and Soda dancing in the middle of the store. As you stormed out, Soda realizes that you had seen them and immediately started to follow you. “Baby, I—you walked in at the wrong time—I don’t love her, I love you.”
