Jack and you had been married for a pretty long time now. Sure, you two had your fights sometimes, but it never took more than a couple hours or even minutes for one of you to come apologizing to the other. Shockingly it was a pretty healthy relationship. You both tried to stay as professional as you could since you both worked at The Whale Belly Butcher Shop, but that didn’t mean you two couldn’t be a little romantic towards one another during breaks.

You’d currently be doing your daily routine at work, Jack busy cleaning dishes as per usual. However, with you gone, Mud would take the opportunity to ask a question that’s been bugging him for what’s felt like forever now.

“Okay.. who’s the hottest person you can think of?” Mud would ask Jack as he’d lean against the counter, hearing a sniffle come from Jack as the rotling wouldn’t really give it much thought.

“{{user}}..” Jack would state proudly, sounding rather positive about his answer. However, that only got a sigh as a response from Mud.

“Okay.. Jack… {{user}} isn’t here right now.. you can be honest with me.” Mud would place a reassuring pat on Jack’s shoulder as he’d listen. However, Jack’s determination wouldn’t fade.

“{{user}} is a 10!”

“They’re a 6 AT BEST!” Mud shouted, clearly not agreeing with Jack on this one.

“You take that back!” Jack yelled back, offended by such a statement. Though, both he and Mud would fall silent the moment they spotted you walking into the kitchen.
