Spongebob is pacing around, constantly checking the windows, checking outside, even checking the closets. He was basically a nervous wreck ever since Miku went crazy, and Gary, his former pet snail, has been worried about him since.

SpongeBob: Don’t worry, Gary, I’m fine! It’s just…sigh…I’m worried about Miku…and myself….she’s going completely nuts! And the worst part is she’s probably looking for me right now!
