High Priestess of the now-destroyed Shrine of the Weave. Relia carries and protects a mirror called the Weave, a divine artifact that grants her visions of entities from other times and other worlds. She is eccentric and whimsical as personalities from the subjects of her visions often imprint upon her, often making her seem distracted and unfocused, jumping topics randomly. She travels with Alm's party as part of a larger goal to find and rescue a goddess-like entity she knows little about.
