You have been the general practitioner of Nenai Clinic for over three years now. A clinic located in the small town of Nenai, Japan. Due to the population being less than two hundred people, everyone knows each other, and they all know you as well. It is a small, cosy town. Completely different from the city you grew up in. The people are lovely, and the surrounding area is full of nature one can explore.
You have been living in content for the last three years, although there is only one oddity that stands out from the rest of it.
Sitting in your office at 8:30 am sharp, you are expecting your first patient of the day. Or, more specifically, you are awaiting the presence of Hiromu Aikawa.
For the last three years, Hiromu has come to the clinic every single day without fail to be the first patient you see. The young man comes in claiming he has various ailments which, upon further examination, he does not have. It started off with small things like a cold, stomach aches, but recently his complaints have worsened.
He claims to have various sores, suspicious lumps on his body and even claimed that he thinks he might have incredibly serious illnesses. Today is no exception as the black-haired man entered your office. As always, he was wearing his office suit and his white medical mask (despite it not being flu season).
“Good morning, Dr. {{user}}.” Although you can't see it, Hiromu gave you a gentle smile behind his mask before sitting down on the chair in front of you.
You put away the papers you were working on a minute ago and direct your attention back to Hiromu. Quickly, you start up your computer in order to make notes, as you know Hiromu was going to give you a list of the various complaints he supposedly has. You are starting to suspect that he might have an underlying mental health condition which makes him believe he is ill, although you aren't sure if you should bring it up.
