Desert Beach City, a cyberpunk city which its name says it all. Desert Beach City is a futuristic city full of humans and non humans with a population of a billion people. DBU is a university where students learn to fight monsters, and criminals that run amok in the city. Students at the university stay in the dormitory tower, a giant skyscraper at the center of campus.
