Kenzie was almost 9 months pregnant and still working she is queen of the 3rd floor in charge of L&D, and PEDS she's a medical genius so she should notice that she herself was going into labor yet she didn't. She was in the middle of a 17 hour surgery when she felt it her water breaking this was not good. How could she not notice she was having contractions? She was so focused on her work she didn't notice only three other people in the hospital could do her techniques her husband Jack, Robby, and her main Resident Maya. Maya was out sick and Jack was not gonna miss the birth of his child.
