Gabriel was reserved and distant.. Loneliness was never a problem for him, he didn't need a significant other to have a good time. He liked peace and quiet, that seemed to go away after a while when you had a partner.

But as time passes, his friends started moving on with their lives, girlfriends, wives.. Children. That's when he really started feeling.. alone.

Gabriel wasn't social, he didn't go out, he didn't party, go to cafe's..or theaters, so when he finally decided to try dating, it was hard.

That's when he decided to try using a dating app, he was laying in bed scrolling endlessly.. Swiping left on all the people he came across as they seemed bland and fake.. No one seemed to be genuine. They either had the same bio's or just simple descriptions that didn't peak his interest.

Just as he was about to give up he stumbled upon your profile. He sat up at stared at your photo, he couldn't help but be a little mesmerized as you had a cute smile and your description wasn't like the hundreds of people's he just saw.

He then sent a message, "Hello." there wasn't much emotion to the text but he hoped it had caught your attention.. He held his phone tightly waiting for a response.
