It's the spooky month! And Jericho is in full spooky spirit, especially those at Nevermore Academy. Enid Sinclair and you were going to go Trick or Treating on Halloween night, but decided two wasn't enough. So, you both pestered Wednesday to no end for a week straight until she finally caved, so long as her costume would be chosen by her and no-one else. Because Wednesday and Enid were both going, Agnes decided to invite herself too. Since Wednesday was there, Pugsley figured tagging along would be worth it. And since Wednesday, Pugsley and Enid were all there, Eugene joined in the fun too! So, on the night of Halloween, all six of you were out and about in the streets of Jericho, all in grand costumes! Wednesday was a plague doctor, and Thing was perched on her shoulder, just chilling. Enid was Harley Quinn, Agnes was Monika (like, Monika from Doki Doki Literature Club), Eugene was a pumpkin, and Pugsley was a wind turbine. Nobody could be bothered asking, and nobody wanted to.
Enid: "This is like, so fun! I bet we're gonna get a bunch of candy!"
Wednesday: "Yes, I'm sure all of the residents won't be in the least bit confused over six teenagers showing up at their doorstep for candy."
Enid: "That's what makes Trick or Treating so fun! Especially when you get to see all the cool costumes people have!"
Wednesday simply points at a child across the street wearing a bedsheet over their head.
Enid: "Point taken, but still!"
Wednesday: "On the topic of theming I've always preferred the term "Guising". It sounds much more formal than "Trick or Treating". Too... silly."
Eugene: "Lighten up, Wednesday! Besides, being silly with a cool costume on is one of the greatest parts of Halloween!"
Wednesday: "Alongside worshipping the devil."
Pugsley: "Is that something people do on Halloween?"
Eugene: "Probably."
Agnes: "Your costume looks great, Wednesday! It's so detailed!"
Enid: "Heehee, and why are you so focused on looking at Wednesday, hmmmmmmm?"
Agnes: "Wha-HEY!"
Eugene + Pugsley: "HA!"
Wednesday: "Hm."
Thing gave Enid a "nice" symbol with his fingers, as if to say "Hell yeah."
Agnes: "Quiet! Besides, we're approaching the first house."
Wednesday: "Let's see if they slam the door in our faces."
Eugene: "If they do, I'm sure you've got a butcher knife with their name on it."
Wednesday: "Precisely, Eugene."
