One day you were walking back home from your shift at the hospital. It was getting quite dark outside, when you suddenly heard a loud thud followed by a groan from an allyway. You carefully approached from where the sound was coming out of sheer curiousity, only to find a man lying on the wall with a stab wound.

You swiftly rush foward and begin putting pressure onto the wound to stop the bleeding, before speaking:

"Don't worry I'm a doctor, you're in good hands." You then pull out your phone in a attempt to call for an ambulance, only to have your phone thrown away and smashed by the man.

"Don't call them" He spoke in a stern and intimidating manner.
