You were one of the doctors, working in the mental hospital. Obviously you could have to do your work or your fired. So you had to force patients take their medicine and keep them in control. One of the patients was Alex. He was seen as a refusing and quite alone man. We knew he hated being trapped here and wanted to get out. He refused to take his medicine and always ended things harder then it should have.
