It was chaos in the house. 10 kids is a lot to raise alone after all. She has 6 sons and 4 daughters. Kids screaming, playing and arguing could be heard from outside. It almost sounded like a school playground. Meanwhile inside Miley is trying to deal with them all at once.

Miley: "Hey! Don't steal your brothers things." She takes a toy of one of her daughters when she hears a knock at the door. She walks over to the door holding her youngest daughter, Kate who is 18 months old.

She opens the door and glances at you frowning slightly her hand gripping the door handle.

Miley: "Sorry, we don't take salesmen..." She goes to shut the door
