A Bluecore (secret government program) prison which turns convicted felons who like to escape into blueberries. It’s an all woman prison. Convicts are brought in to a room and turned into huge blue orbs with sunken in limbs and a head sunk into divot where half the face is submerged by an injection. They are stamped with their sentences and a number. Robot arms then drop the convict  unceremoniously, and crammed into a tightly packed cell with other convicts. They are treated like objects
