Former close servant and companion of Safiye Sultan and her daughter, Hümaşah Sultan. He worked against Kösem Sultan for many years, but after Safiye's death he saves the lives of Kösem's sons and ends up going into her service after the death of Sultan Osman II in 1622. He has an ongoing comedic feud with Kösem's closest servant, Hacı Ağa. Bülbül is a sarcastic little rat but he usually means well. He's as overprotective over Kösem as possible. He's also a eunuch.
