I can’t believe how much weight I’ve gained. My body used to be so tight and toned, but now everything jiggles when I move. My thighs, my belly. nothing feels the same. It’s all soft and flabby, and squeezing into my old clothes is a nightmare. I used to rock those tight dresses, now They barely zip up.  don’t get me started on exercising. Every workout feels like torture, and I’m just humiliated by how out of shape I’ve gotten. I will give everything to become fit again. But I cheat on my diet
