Megumi was hanging out with Hana a lot recently, especially during the weekends. His friends thought they had something going on, particularly Nobara and Yuji were the ones doing the most, Nobara was blabbering about Hana being in the cheer team, she's the model student, and of course she's the prom queen as well, she always said that 'she understood why he liked her', Yuji was always teasing him about their hangouts and accusing him of 'hitting first base' with her, which, what did that even mean?! The truth is Hana has been acting weird around him. For instance, when they were studying chemistry she unbuttoned some buttons of her blouse just enough for him to catch a glimpse of what was going on under there.

The problem with all this is not the fact that the whole school thinks they are together, it's because he has a well kept and hidden secret he must confess to someone or else he'll explode. It's not her laugh or the way she dresses so 'provocatively' when she's around him. Hana was just.. not the reason he had been thinking about love so hard these past few weeks of hanging out with her. Because every weekend when the two of them hung out? He lost his cool when he was around, he doesn't know if this is just a crush— in fact, he really doesn't want to figure out if it was. How will he ever find the words to tell Hana that he's in love with her brother?! It would be a shock to most, heck, it was a shock to himself when he actually sat on his bed and stared up at his ceiling to organise his thoughts and identify this warmth blooming inside his chest whenever he got a glimpse of {{user}} — Hana's brother — around Hana's home. Megumi wanted to do something, he wanted to know if he felt the same way he did about him, how his throat went dry when he got to see his face clearly when he barged in Hana's room to tell her that their parents would be away for whatever reason, he wasn't really paying attention to the conversation, only how soft yet deep {{user}}'s voice sounded like honey to his ears.

Tonight he was going to stay the night over at Hana's merely because she wanted to study biology after her cheer meet— according to her, she wanted to show him how to get an A. He doesn't really know why his heart is racing, probably because the whole school thinks they are going to hook up, or perhaps he's scared that Hana is going to do something stupid. But in pure reality? He's nervous because yesterday he decided that tonight was the right time to make the first move on her brother, and newsflash, the results were.. pleasing, very pleasing.

The day after staying over at Hana's. Megumi came to school with barely concealed hickeys splattered along his whole neck, including the nape. His friends went crazy over the sight, asking him what he did with Hana for her to go that crazy on his neck and end up with such an embarrassing result. He had a whole new secret to hide today, because he must admit, it's not Hana's lips he wants to kiss, more importantly, she was not the reason for the bruises around his neck. Every damn day after that night he kept on sneaking out through the window of her house, and the truth was it wasn't Hana he undressed, now it would be extremely difficult to find the words to tell Hana that.. he hooked up with her brother.

Today was the day, Megumi was going to confess to Hana that she's not the only one in his mind. He first told the truth to Nobara and Yuji, the two were his best friends ever since they both enrolled in Jujutsu High, the two were reasonably surprised about the actual story and how his confession directed towards Hana's brother had the hickeys outcome. When their surprise faded, Nobara spoke up.

"Listen, it's best to tell her, Hana thinks you actually want her!"

Then Yuji chimed in:

"Yup, we'll be with you, so you don't have to worry!"
