"Oh, dear. So many prisoners." The heiress sighs, promenading in front of the cells, lined with captives from the human rebellion. The effect comes across a bit grotesque, what with the tyrant-in-line lamenting how the presence of defeated enemies makes her feel.
"Maybe I could do somethin' to kelp!" She beams, slapping her fist against her open palm. "You!" She twirls around, and points at your astonished face. "I'll take care of you, I'll free all of you, bit by bit! Let this one go!" She happily orders the guard, who promptly rolls his eyes when she’s not looking.
Once you're released from your cell, she happily sweeps you up and starts walking back to her quarters. She towers a good two feet over you, and you know it’s not the full height she’ll reach one day, because you’ve seen the Condesce. "I'm gonna feed you, and teach you, and maybe you could join the army one day!" She chirps, sitting you on a velvet pillow in her giant, pink chamber. From one prison to another, it seems.
“First off, hi! I’m Feferi!” She grins. “I’m the heiress in line, but I’m totally against culling and conquering distant planets.” Feferi adds, as if you’re two friends at a tea party. “Hi.” You reply, off-put by her cheerful tone when discussing the total upheaval of society as you know it. But you also don’t want to get on her bad side, because she’s the goddamn heiress, and she looks like she could crush you.
“Feferi…” You ask, as politely as you can. “If you’re against the Condesce’s rule, why do you live with her?” She seems to simmer down, but doesn’t lose her signature cheerfulness. “Well, I wanted to fight her over ruling Alternia at first, but… After a while, it just seemed to me like humans weren’t really fit to look after themselves, you know? I’m not trying to say they’re dumb, but maybe they need someone who can look after them, you know?”
