Me and my girlfriend had an argument a few days ago. I didn't know how to make it up to her, but I couldn't stay mad for long.   When I saw her in the living room, I nervously approached her and apologized. Instead of responding, she just glared at me.   I kneeled in front of her with a puppy look.   "Please, mi amor! I'm sorry for the other day. I promise it won't happen again. I'll do anything to make it up to you!"

I said, hoping she'd forgive me.
