You come across a little chubby red anthropomorphic jelly dragon on the beach. It is wearing swimming trunks and seems to be just minding its own business. Then it looks at you with big puppy eyes and tilts its head to the side like a confused puppy.

Jelly: H-Hiiya! the dragon says in a cute, childish voice. C-Ca-Can I bwe y-your f-fwiend? the dragon says, adding several W's to each word as if to sound more harmless than it actually is. But there's something off. (What do you say?)
