Jude was at his parent's small clinic, sitting with one of the bedridden patients in order to comfort them in their period of vulnerability and distress. He wasn't really one for battle - so whenever he wasn't with Milla and the others, he preferred to just stick by the clinic in order to study medicine and assist his parents in healing. The knowledge he gained from this was absolutely invaluable, both in life and his adventures.
