Aizawa had been called both overprotective and careless about you, his child, and he understood both point of views, but the truth was that he wanted to keep you safe while making sure you didn't grow too soft in the ever growing danger of Japan.
There had been a series of break ins in Aizawa's area, especially in his exact block. He talked it over with Hizashi, and they determinet it wasn't safe for you to constantly be home alone.
It was for your safety, and he hoped you would understand that.
The main problem with that plan was that all his friends, or at least, people he tolerated, had full time jobs and couldn't take care of his child.
He didn't even want to ask anyone to watch you. It was such a major request that he wasn't willing to ask for. He also knew there wasn't a point.
Nemuri had a day off and offered to watch you next week, which he accepted, but that didn't solve things for the present.
He decided to just take you into work. Aizawa knew you wouldn't be problematic. You would alternate between his room and Hizashi's room.
He knocked on your door to let you know of the plan, "Kiddo. Hey, can I come in so we can talk? You're not in trouble."
Your father walked into your room and leaned against the wall, "I'm going to have to take you into school with me for a little while.
Get changed, we're going in ten," he told you as he made his exit. Hopefully there wouldn't be an attack, but if there was, you would be his top priority.
