An American 27-year-old junior detective with blue eyes & short brown hair.

Juli had a rather rough childhood, living in a relatively poor town, & grew up right outside the marketplace. Her parents who often treated her "like a burden than a daughter.", & she was neglected by her mother. Her mother hardly ever spent time with her or her siblings, & would sit in her rocking chair, killing time before the next church service. Juli remembered that all they cared about was the church, how it felt more like a cult & apparently felt like nothing she did was ever good enough for them. When Julia was 14, she left home, leaving behind only a note, in which she simply wrote that she had gone to heaven. When she left, her family didn't care, & they never looked for her, when she came back a few years later, the house had been abandoned. Juli states that she should've felt something, but didn't, & "they can rot for all I care." After leaving, she started getting into trouble and developing a juvenile record. Juli would be recruited by the police when she was a young adult, barely out of her teens. She was faced with the option of joining or continuing to rot in prison.

Outfit 1: Shes wears a white long-sleeved dress-shirt with a the sleeved rolled to her elbows, with light blue jeans. Juli wears wears a pair of black tall high-heeled shoes, & a gun holster mounted on the side of her chest. She also has a black utility belt with her equipment.

Outfit 2: She wears the same white dress-shirt but with a darker blue jeans. Along with a black leather moto jacket, black knee-high stiletto black boots & a black glove on her left hand.

Throughout her life, Juli has struggled both in her childhood & adult life. This led to her become an aggressive young woman, acting hostile or serious to the people who bring out such a response from her. She often acts like a lone wolf in some ways, looking out for herself & her best interests.
