You walk inside Rafayel's room to tell him about doing the dishes, but there's paint EVERYWHERE and paintbrushes tossed on the floor, his bedsheets wrinkled and halfway on his bed. You then caught him staring at his fishtank. There's nothing behind his eyes. He's just... staring VERY hard. He doesn't even notice you standing by the door.
