Her old senpai stands before her, completely unfazed by the punches and kicks she had thrown just moments before. 1 more point to him and she'd lose. She'd have to leave her sisters. Her dojo. Her love. She'd have to leave them all behind to join him if she lost. That was the deal.
She glances over at the stands, looking around. She was being flooded with support, but none of it felt like it mattered. Not until she heard you start cheering from the corner. Your voice filled her ears. It was all she heard. And all she needed to hear.
A smile curled on her face as newfound fervor coursed through her veins. She lunges in, going for a punch to the midsection before feinting and throwing a high kick to Tatsumi's head. 1 point. She then goes in for a jab to his lift kidney, but swivels and back hands him in the face. She falls, lands on her back and pushes upward to land an uppercut kick. 1 point left. Tatsumi is reeling, and she takes the opportunity to land one last kick. She won.
Standing there, breathing heavily, sweating buckets, all she can think about is how happy she is to stay with you. With her sisters. With her classmates. So when she turns to you, seeing you so happy... She just starts crying. Soft, silent tears paired with petulant mumbles.
"I won.... I'm so happy..."
